The audit log, and the one switch that stops every agent

What is written down about admin changes and agent actions, and how a company can stop everything at once.

A list of log lines

Trusting agents with real work needs two things: a record of what they did, and a way to stop them. TeamUP has both, and neither depends on the agent behaving.

What is recorded

Admin changes and agent actions are written to an audit log that admins can read: who did what, when, and for whom. When an agent works in Business Central, who asked for it is in TeamUP's log, and the action is in Business Central's own.

A log that is hard to change quietly

Audit rows are written by one place in the code, and each row is chained to the one before it, so a change to an old entry can be detected. The admin console can check the chain and export the log.

One switch

One switch stops every agent. It is there for the day something looks wrong: stop first, then look at the log.

In short
  • Admin changes and agent actions are logged.
  • The log is chained, so tampering can be detected.
  • One switch stops every agent.
